• ½ C – Cotija Cheese, grated 
• ¼ C – Cilantro, Chopped 
• 2 oz – Flamin’ Hot Cheetos (crumbled)
• 1 ½ C – Cornmeal 
• 1 ¼ C – Flour 
• ¼ C – Sugar 
• 1 T – Baking Powder 
• 2 T – Elote Loco 
• 1 Egg
• 1 ¾ C – Buttermilk 
• 1 T – Cooking Oil
