• 8 hot dogs
• 8 large hot dog buns or brat buns
• 2 ears of corn on the cob
• 1 Tbsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
• 2 tsp ground red pepper
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• 1/2 juice from lime
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• Cotija cheese crumbles
