Ingredients

• 1 x pack pasta penne or tagliatelle
• 1 x PnP seafood mix packet OR PnP Prawns (you are welcome to use both)
• 1 x pack spinach
• 500ml fresh cream
• 1 x creamy cheese Veggie bake
• 50g salted butter
• 1 x lemon fresh
• 1 x tablespoon garlic
• 1 x onion medium size
• 2 sprigs of spring onion (optional)
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Italian herbs
• 200ml milk
