- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 200 g button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 chicken or vegetable stockpot (made up with 300ml boiling water)
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp English mustard powder
- 3 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 1 pinch black pepper
- low calorie cooking spray
