• 3 T soy sauce
• 3 large garlic cloves, sliced or finely chopped
• 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 6 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 12 pieces of toast
