Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb pounds 80/20 ground beef, see notes 1
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 batch of mushrooms and onions, below
• 4 slices of Swiss cheese, see notes 2
• 4 brioche buns
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
• 1 sweet yellow onion, sliced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
