Ingredients

• 1/2-pound bacon, diced
• 2-pounds lean beef (3/4 inch cubes)
• 1-cup onion, chopped
• 1-clove garlic, minced
• 2-cans (15 ounces) tomato sauce
• 1-tbsp cider vinegar
• 1-tbsp brown sugar
• 3-tbs chili powder
• 1-cup stuffed olives
