Stuffed Pepper Soup/ Dirty Rice on BakeSpace.com

Ingredients

• 1 pd ground sirloin (I've used ground turkey or venison as well)
• 1 chopped green pepper
• 1 finely diced onion
• 1 29oz can of diced tomatos
• 1 15oz can of tomato sauce
• 1 14oz can of chiken broth
• 1/4 teas. thyme
• 1/4 teas sage
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup white rice
• sour cream (optional)
