Tomato Salad Dressing Vinaigrette (tangy & sweet!)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup pure water
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1-1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
• 4 tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons raw honey (or to taste)
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2-1/2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
