• 100g egg whites (from about 3 large eggs)
• 150g castor sugar
• 340g Stork Baking Margarine, cubed, at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
• pink gel food colouring
• 200g raspberry jam, for layering
• 125g white chocolate, finely chopped
• 75g cream
