Delicious combination of Artichoke hearts, feta cheese, a bunch of fresh herbs and other aromatics like; kalamata olives, anchovy, and capers.
Ingredients
- 1 can drained artichoke hearts (aproximately 450 grams)
- 200 gram good quality feta cheese
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 50 gram capers
- 2 tsp anchovy paste or about 3-4 fillets
- 75 gram pitted kalamata olives
- 50 gram fresh herbs; dill, parsley and basil
- 1 lemon; zest and juice
- 75 gram good good-quality olive oil
