Ingredients

• 2 cups bean flour
• 1 m onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 5 scotch bonnet peppers/rodo (habaneros will work too)
• 2 knorr cubes
• 1 cup corned beef
• 10 pieces pandan leaves (blended with 600ml water, strain) 1/2 tsp
• 750 g cooked beetroot, large dice
• 3 bay leaves
• 1½ onions, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 900 ml chicken stock
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup of powdered sugar (vary this according to how sour the lemons are)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of Flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
