• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
• 3-4 garlic cloves minced
• 1 med onion diced
• 1-2 Roma tomatoes diced
• 4-5 mushrooms chopped
• 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
• 1 1/2 cups pico de gallo
• 1 green onion
• 2 chicken breasts
• 12-14 shrimp
• 3/4 cup crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup whole milk or half n half
• 1-2 tbsp Neil's Real Deal Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce (4/5 heat)
• 2 tbs NRD Cajun Rub
• 1-2 tbsp Parmigiano cheese
