Leg Roast recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 leg of lamb. Washed and drained very well. Pierce and poke in garlic and cloves.
• ¼ cup oil
• 2 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 tablespoon gochujang sauce
• 2 tablespoon sticky Asian bbq sauce
• 2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
• 2 tablespoon steers bbq sauce
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
• 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon mustard powder
• 2 tablespoon six gun grill spice
• 1 tablespoon cajun spice
• 2 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic and rosemary spice
• 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
• Salt if necessary
• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup honey
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• Butternut
• Potato
• Add to veggies with
• 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
• 1 tin whole kernel corn
• 1½ cups fresh cream
