Salmon Waffles - Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood

Ingredients

• 8-9 oz. cooked Salmon, flaked into small bits
• 5 strips of bacon, cooked till crisp and finely chopped
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
• half a bell pepper, finely chopped
• 2 green onions, minced
• 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
• 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• sour cream, for serving
