Mini cherry tomato tarts
These hearty little pastry pies with cherry tomatoes are so easy to make at home. You will whip them up in no time - they’re the perfect single serve tarts.
Ingredients
- 1 large sheet of puff pastry, or use the smaller frozen square sheets
- A big handful of cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche or sour cream
- A small handful of grated cheese
- Pepper and salt
- Aceto balsamic vinegar (we used a version with truffle)
- A few sprigs of fresh basil
