Pumpkin loaves with orange butter

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup melted butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups canned heated pumpkin
• 2 cups sifted flour (1/2 white and 1/2 wheat, or all white)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon double acting baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
• 1/2 cup golden raisins
