Ingredients

• 100 g flour
• 3 eggs
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• A pinch of salt
• 100g of crab sticks
• 50g zucchini
• 30g of carrot
• 1 tbsp shout chopped ginger root
• 1 teaspoon shout chopped garlic
• 50g of red peppers
• A pinch of salt and black pepper
• Sesame oil frying
• 150ml of dried tomatoes in your own juice
• 50ml cream
• 1 tbsp shout olive oil
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
• A pinch of freshly crushed basil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon sugar
