Gazpacho Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 0.5 cup Onion finely chopped
• 3 cloves Garlic minced
• 5 Tomatoes peeled, chopped
• 0.5 cup Cucumber diced, peeled
• 0.5 cup Green pepper diced
• 2 cups Tomato juice
• 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Ground cumin
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 2 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
