COCO-CHOCO-COFFEE CAKE! – Coconut Merchant

Ingredients

• 1 + 1/2 cups UFC Velvet Coconut Milk
• 2 tbs Coconut Vinegar
• 1 + 1/4 Cups fruit puree
• 1/2 cup filtered coffee (add more UFC Velvet if caffeine free)
• 2/3 cup Coconut Oil (must be melted)
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups all purpose flour (or sub for GF mix)
• 1 + 1/2 Coconut Sugar
• 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
