Ingredients: 1 + 1/2 cups UFC Velvet Coconut Milk; 2 tbs Coconut Vinegar; 1 + 1/4 Cups fruit puree (yes, the baby ones will do!); 1/2 cup filtered coffee (add more UFC Velvet if caffeine free); 2/3 cup Coconut Oil (must be melted); 2 tsp Vanilla Extract; 2 cups all purpose flour (or sub for GF mix); 1 + 1/2 Coconut Sugar; 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder; 2 tsp Baking Soda; 1/4 tsp Salt; For the frosting/filling we simply used some Cacao & Coconut Spread from our range as it's just too good not to.
