Chocolate Honey Tart

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups plain flour
• 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
• ½ cup icing sugar
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter, chilled, cut into cubes
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 60 g unsalted butter, softened
• 100 g runny honey, plus extra to serve
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 250 g Greek yoghurt
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 30 mL lemon juice
• 125 g blueberries
• 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
