Nathan's Paleo Chocolate Cake – Christine Bailey

Ingredients

• 150g dairy free chocolate chips
• 2tbsp coconut oil
• The top creamy coconut layer from 2 cans of full fat coconut milk (about 400g)
• 80g or 1/4 cup yacon syrup, Choc Shot or Sweet freedom
• 80g xylitol
• 8 eggs
• 115g coconut flour
• 1tbsp vanilla extract
• 60g cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 220g dairy free chocolate chips
• 250ml coconut cream
• 200g coconut oil, (not melted)
• 150g honey, yacon syrup or coconut syrup
• a little coconut milk if needed
