Elsie’s Creamy Sour Cream Lasagna

Ingredients

• 8 oz lasagna noodles one package
• 1/2 lb ground pork sausage
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 28 oz tomato sauce one can
• 1 tbsp dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 pinch white sugar
• 16 oz Borden Original Sour Cream one container
• 3 eggs lightly beaten
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped pitted green olives
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 24 oz shredded mozzarella cheese divided (two packages)
