Pizza with goat cheese

- ½ tsp sugar
- 250 g flour + extra for sprinkling
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp olive oil

- 4 heads of little gem

- 8 sprigs of thyme
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 50 g smoked almonds
