Tavuk Doner Chicken Doner Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 kg Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 200 g Plain yogurt
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 3 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Ground cumin
• 1 tsp Ground coriander
• 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp Ground black pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Tomato paste
• 6 pieces Pita or flatbread
• 2 cups Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber)
• 1 cup Garlic yogurt sauce or tahini sauce (optional)
