• 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• Pinch of salt
• 4 cups fresh blueberries (2 1/2 dry pints), stemmed, rinsed, and dried
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
