• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 lbs Ground Beef
• 1 tbsp Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic
• 1 ea Onion, chopped
• 2 ea Green Peppers, chopped
• 1 tsp Litehouse® Freeze Dried Basil
• ½ tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 2-28 oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
• 4 cup Beef Broth
• 1 cup Rice, uncooked
• 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped finely
