• 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
• 3/4 lb (340 g) Brussels sprouts, leaves separated
• 4 endives, sliced
• 1 apple, halved, cored and thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup (50 g) toasted pecans, chopped
• 1/3 cup (50 g) dried cranberries, chopped
