White Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cans of cannellini white beans
• 1 diced onion
• 1 diced celery stick
• 1 peeled and diced large carrot
• 1-2 clove of minced garlic
• 2 peeled and diced potato
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 1/3 cup of white wine
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 2 cups of vegetable broth
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 cup of spinach
