Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Canola Oil
• 2 cups Yellow Corn Meal
• 1-1/2 to 2 cups Buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Flour
• 1 Sweet Onion (minced fine by hand or in a food processor, but not mushy)
• 1 Bunch of Celery (minced fine by hand or in a food processor, but not mushy)
• 1-2 Boxes of Chicken Broth
• 1-2 teaspoons of salt
• 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
• Lots of Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
• Lots of Ground Sage
