• 3⁄4 tsp salt 1 1⁄4 C buttermilk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1⁄2 Tbsp liquid red food coloring
• 1 1⁄4 tsp baking soda, dissolved in 1 tsp vinegar
• Filling - 16 oz cream cheese
• 6 Tbsp butter
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 C powdered sugar, plus more for topping
