Västerbotten cheese pie® with asparagus, lemon and chives

Ingredients

• 160 g butter
• 3 cups flour
• 3 tablespoons of water
• 1 cup Västerbottensost®, grated
• 3 dl Västerbottensost®, grated
• 1 bunch of green asparagus
• 1 lemon, finely grated zest
• 1⁄2 cups chives, chopped
• 2 1⁄2 cups cream
• 2 eggs
• 2 pinch of salt
• Black pepper
• 1-2 tsp olive oil
