Ingredients

• 4 wheat tortillas
• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 1 chopped garlic clove
• 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
• Leafs of a fresh thyme branch
• 1/2 cups of chopped parsley
