Nanci's Asian Cole Slaw Salad – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 pound bag of coleslaw mix
• 1 bag of matchstick carrots
• ¼ cup sliced scallions
• Zest of 1 lime
• 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon toast sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
• 1/3 cup Fustini’s 12 Year White Balsamic
• 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
• 2 teaspoons Fustini’s Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
• ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
• Juice of 1 lime
