Asian Orzo Salad – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound broccoli florets
• 1 (8 0z) package orzo, cooked, drained
• 1 cup water chestnuts, drained chopped
• 2 cups chicken, cooked, diced
• 3 scallions, finely chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/3 cup Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1/3 cup Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
• 4 tablespoons Fustini's Sesame oil
• salt and pepper to taste
