• Salt and pepper

• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 lb (454g) lean ground beef
• 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic salt
• 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt onion
• 2 cups (500 ml) thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
• 1 cup (250 ml) cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
