Chocolate Silk from Stars Desserts by Emily Luchetti
This silky, soft, luscious, chocolate-lover’s dessert is incredibly rich. Unlike a lot of “decadent” chocolate desserts, this stops just short of being excessive.
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces (1 stick) sweet butter, melted
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ¾ cup sugar
- 6 ounces (1½ sticks) soft sweet butter
- 3 ounces toasted and coarsely chopped walnuts
- 4 ounces toasted and coarsely chopped pecans
- 20 ounces extrabittersweet chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy (whipping) cream
