Maltese Sirena Tuna Pie - Sirena Tuna

Ingredients

• 3 cloves garlic, diced
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 x (185g) cans tuna in oil
• 2 potatoes, boiled with skin on
• 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
• 1 jar green olives, pitted
• 2 cups green peas
• 1 bunch basil
• 1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
• Salt & pepper
• 1 packet kataifi pastry
• 5 tbsp melted butter
