• ½ cup Butter (1 stick), chilled, 1/2" cubes
• ¼ cup Ice Water
• 2 cups Blueberries
• 1 tsp Lemon Zest
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• ¼ cup Sugar
• ½ tsp Vanilla
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Egg, whisked with 1 tsp. water
• Sugar for dusting
