I love this recipe. So much easier and faster than pie. I used an apricot peach glaze and my daughter says it tastes like a peach pizza!

- 2 extra large fuji apples
- 1/2 c sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 c apricot jam
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp brandy
