Carrot Ice Cream with Dulce de Leche - Libby's Vegetables

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 Heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp Lime juice
• 2 tbsp Orange juice
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 cup Water
• 2 cup Libby's Sliced Carrots, drained
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 tbsp Lime zest
• 1 tbsp Orange zest
• 3 tbsp Maple syrup
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Dulce de leche, plus more for drizzling
• Chopped pecans for topping
