Toscano Soup - Purnell's

Ingredients

• 1 (4 ounce) package Roasted Garlic Flavored Mashed Potatoes, dry
• 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 7 turkey sausage patties, cut into bite size pieces
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 5 cups chicken stock
• 5 cups 2% milk
• 2 cups green kale or Swiss chard, chopped
• 1 pinch of crushed red pepper, or to taste
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
