Ingredients

• 2 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger
• 3 green bell peppers, seeded and cut in chunks
• 3 medium onions, peeled and cut in wedges
• Cherry tomatoes or 3 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
• Fresh whole mushroom caps
• 4-5 slices bacon, uncooked and cut in 2-inch pieces
