• 1.5 tablespoon garlic coarsley chopped
• 2 tablespoon shallots finely chopped
• 3.5 Tablespoons spring onions finely chopped
• 2.5 tablespoons black beans, salted coarsley chopped
• 5 fluid ounces chicken stock
• 1 teaspoon sugar
