Roast Beef

Ingredients

• 3 medium potatoes,thinly sliced
• 2 large carrots,thinly sliced
• 1 onion,sliced
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 cup of water or beef broth
• 3 to 4 pound roast beef or I also tried with moose roast
