- 8 medium chicken drumsticks (skinless or not, depending on preference)

- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow pepper, chopped
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dry basil
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
