These Parmesan Chicken strips are delicious and so easy to make. We love the buttery Ritz cracker coating and honey mustard dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 40 Ritz Crackers
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons diced onion
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup mayonnaise (light works great)
- 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
