Name: Tuna Casserole 20
Ingredients: 250g of medium or broad egg noodles (I have used elboe in a pinch); I can of cream of mushroom soup (I use an extra half can if I increase the amount of noodles); I can flaked tuna in water; I can mushrooms (optional); some sautÃ©ed onions (optional)- about 1/4 cup? - your choice; 1/2 cup milk; Cheddar cheese - enough to cover top about 1 cup
