• For Filling:
• 1 cup cooked pumpkin
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 quart French Vanilla ice cream, softened
